Service Description

Specko is a job listing aggregation service that monitors Croatian hospital websites for specialization job postings. The service:

• Collects publicly available job postings from hospital websites
• Aggregates and displays specialization opportunities
• Provides search and filtering capabilities
• Updates listings through automated daily scraping

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Specko for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the service

Data Sources and Accuracy

Specko aggregates information from publicly available sources including:

• Croatian Employment Service (HZZ) official RSS feeds
• Ministry of Health (Ministarstvo zdravstva) announcements
• Hospital websites with public job postings
• Official PDF documents and announcements

Important Disclaimers:

• All job information is sourced from publicly available websites
• Specko does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
• Users must verify all information with original sources before applying
• Specko is not responsible for changes or updates to job postings
• Application processes and requirements may differ from displayed information

User Responsibilities

Users of Specko agree to:

• Use the service for legitimate job searching purposes only
• Verify all information with original sources before taking action
• Not attempt to overload or disrupt the service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of all content sources
• Not use automated tools to access or scrape the service

Service Availability

Specko strives to provide reliable service, but:

• Service availability is not guaranteed
• Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
• Data accuracy depends on source website availability
• The service may be modified or discontinued at any time

Subscription Terms

Specko offers a premium subscription service (Specko Pro) that provides enhanced access to job listings and features.

Free Trial:

• New users receive a 7-day free trial
• Full access to all features during the trial period
• No payment information required to start the trial
• One free trial per device/account
• After the trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using the app

Subscription Features:

• Access to all job listings
• Push notifications for new job postings
• Advanced search and filtering capabilities
• Regular updates with new listings

Payment and Billing:

• Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app before purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store settings
• Access to premium features continues until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time
• Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period

Refunds:

• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies
• For iOS: Apple Refund Policy
• For Android: Google Play Refund Policy

The materials on Specko are provided on an 'as is' basis. Specko makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Specko does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations

In no event shall Specko or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Specko, even if Specko or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
